We had the roots in the studio, leftover from making our own naturally fermented root beer. So we thought; why not make a root beer ice cream from scratch?.

To make a root beer float, you simply need two simple ingredients: root beer and vanilla ice cream. The ice cream is scooped into a tall glass and then topped with root beer, causing a foamy and delicious reaction.
