Blood Red Sands. It's a competitive, adversarial storytelling game where there are no rolls for success unless another player objects to the flow of the story, and then it's an extended dice battle between the players.. It's essentially a rules lite parody rpg of old school RPGs with Mork Borgs extreme graphic design and DCC's gonzo.

Blood Red Sands is a competitive, savage, game master-less role playing game with a "goal of the game": The players start as Heroes that try to defeat one of the evil Witch Kings. Since one Hero retires during each Cycle (round) of a Saga (complete game), only one Hero remains to face the Witch King, who is then played by the player with the most Victory Points.
